Kinesiology
Transfer students to the School of Kinesiology select an undergraduate program in one of the following areas: Movement Science, Physical Education, Athletic Training or Sport Management. A minimum of 25 semester hours of transferable academic credit is required. Some of the suggested coursework includes: English composition, introductory psychology, and a speech course. Students in Kinesiology must complete a minimum hours in courses designated as Humanities, Natural Science, and Social Science. The professional requirements for each major comprise approximately one-third of the total degree requirements. Students can transfer up to 70 hours from a four-year school and up to 60 hours from a two-year school. In addition, 24 of the last 30 hours must be taken on our campus in order to meet the senior residency requirement.
